Websites for psychologists · Worldwide
Websites for psychology practices.
People often find a psychologist when they're already struggling, so the first page they land on has to feel calm and make the next step easy. We build your website around what you treat, who you'll see, what it costs and how to get a referral.

Sound familiar?
What we hear from psychologists.
- 01
Your site feels clinical when it needs to feel safe
Dense text and stock photos of smiling strangers make an anxious person more likely to close the tab than book.
- 02
People can't tell if you treat what they're going through
Anxiety, ADHD assessment, trauma and couples work all share one page, so nobody searching for help with a specific issue finds you.
- 03
Referrals and fees are hard to find
GPs and patients both want to know your wait time, your fees and how referrals work, and when they can't find it they call, or go elsewhere.
What we’d build
A site that answers the right questions.
This is a typical structure for a business like yours. On Day 1 we shape it around what you actually do.
- Home
Who you help, how you work and a clear first step, written in a calm, plain voice.
- What we help with
A page for each area, like anxiety, ADHD or trauma, written the way people search for help.
- Our practitioners
Profiles with qualifications, approaches and a real photo, because people choose the person.
- Fees and rebates
Your fees, Medicare or insurance rebates and cancellation policy, stated plainly.
- Referrals
What a GP or other referrer needs to send, and what happens after they do.
- Contact and waitlist
A short, secure enquiry form, your current wait time and what to do in a crisis.
A site like this is our Studio package, up to 12 pages, with room for a page for each of your services. See Outcome Health, a real Studio site, taken apart
Advertising rules for health practitioners
In Australia, AHPRA's advertising guidelines restrict testimonials about clinical care and claims about outcomes, and we write within them by default. We always include crisis contacts, and we keep enquiry forms short so nobody shares sensitive details before you've been in touch. UK and US practices have their own regulators' guidance, and we follow it the same way.

Questions
From psychologists.
All questions →Can people book or join a waitlist from the site?
Yes. We link to or embed the booking or practice management system you already use, such as Cliniko, Halaxy or Power Diary, or add a simple waitlist form if you're not taking online bookings.
How do you handle privacy on the enquiry form?
The form runs over HTTPS and goes straight to your inbox or practice system. We keep it to the basics and add a clear note asking people not to share clinical details until you've been in touch.
We're a group practice. Can each psychologist have their own page?
Yes. Each practitioner gets a profile, and the Studio package has room for a page per practitioner as well as a page for each area you help with.
