Websites for dentists · Worldwide

Websites for dental practices.

Most new patients choose a dentist on their phone, often with a sore tooth and not much patience. We build your website to answer their first questions quickly and put booking one tap away.

What we hear from dentists.

  1. 01

New patients can’t find what they need

Your fees, your health fund details and whether you’re taking new patients are buried, so people call someone else instead.

  2. 02

    Every treatment shares one page

Implants, Invisalign, children’s dentistry and emergency appointments sit in one long list, so none of them show up when people search.

  3. 03

It doesn’t feel like your practice

Stock photos of perfect smiles tell a nervous patient nothing. Your real rooms and your real team do far more to put them at ease.

What we’d build

A site that answers the right questions.

This is a typical structure for a business like yours. On Day 1 we shape it around what you actually do.

  1. Home

Who you are, where you are, whether you’re taking new patients, and a booking button that’s always in reach.

  2. Treatments

A page for each treatment people search for, from check-ups to implants, written in plain language.

  3. Emergency dentist

What to do right now, your same-day availability and a number to call, because this is the most urgent search you’ll get.

  4. Our dentists

Profiles with qualifications and interests, because patients choose a person, especially if they’re anxious.

  5. Fees and health funds

Typical costs, payment plans and on-the-spot claiming, answered before anyone has to ask.

  6. Book online

Straight into the booking system you already use, so your front desk doesn’t have to change a thing.

A site like this is our Studio package, up to 12 pages, with room for a page for each of your services. See Outcome Health, a real Studio site, taken apart

Advertising rules for dentists

In Australia, dentists follow AHPRA and the Dental Board’s advertising guidelines, which restrict testimonials about clinical care and claims about outcomes. We write within those rules by default and flag anything that needs your sign-off. UK and US practices have their own regulators’ guidance, and we follow it the same way.

Questions

From dentists.

All questions →
Can patients book online from the site?

Yes. We link to or embed the booking system you already use, such as HotDoc, HealthEngine or your practice software’s own online booking, so nothing changes for your front desk.

Can we show before-and-after photos and patient reviews?

In Australia, both are tightly limited for health practitioners. We show what the guidelines allow, like your Google rating and non-clinical feedback about the practice, and keep everything else on the right side of the rules.

We offer a lot of treatments. Will they all fit?

Most practices put their main treatments on their own pages and group the rest. Up to twelve pages in the Studio package is usually plenty, and larger or multi-site practices suit the Full build.
