Websites for vet clinics.

Pet owners find a vet in two moods, planning a check-up or panicking about an emergency. We build your website to serve both, with booking for the first and a clear answer for the second.

What we hear from vet clinics.

  1. 01

After-hours information is hard to find

A worried owner at 10pm has to dig through your site to learn whether you’re open, or where to go instead.

  2. 02

    Your services are hiding

Dental care, surgery, puppy school and exotics are listed in one paragraph, so nobody searching for them finds you.

  3. 03

    It doesn’t show your team

People trust the vet who’ll handle their animal. Stock photos of golden retrievers don’t tell them anything about yours.

What we’d build

A site that answers the right questions.

This is a typical structure for a business like yours. On Day 1 we shape it around what you actually do.

  1. Home

Your hours, your location, what to do in an emergency and a booking button, all without scrolling.

  2. Services

A page for each service people search for, such as desexing, dental care, vaccinations and surgery.

  3. Emergencies and after hours

What to do right now, your after-hours arrangements and the nearest emergency hospital, written for someone who is worried.

  4. Our team

Vets and nurses with their interests and their own pets, because owners want to know who they’re trusting.

  5. New clients

What to bring to the first visit, typical costs and pet insurance, answered before anyone rings.

  6. Book online

Straight into the booking system you already use, so reception doesn’t have to learn anything new.

A site like this is our Studio package, up to 12 pages, with room for a page for each of your services. See Outcome Health, a real Studio site, taken apart

Questions

From vet clinics.

All questions →
Can clients book appointments online?

Yes. We link to or embed the online booking you already use, such as Vetstoria or your practice software’s own booking page, so reception keeps working the way it does now.

We share after-hours care with an emergency hospital. How do we show that?

Clearly, on its own page and in the header of every page, with the hospital’s address, phone number and a map. It’s the one thing a visitor should never have to hunt for.

We have two clinics. Is that more pages?

Each clinic gets its own page with its hours and map, so it can rank in its own suburb. Two or three clinics usually fit comfortably in the Studio package.
