Websites for real estate agents · Worldwide

Websites for real estate agents.

Buyers find your listings on the portals, but vendors choose an agent by looking you up. We build your website to win the appraisal, with proof you know the suburb and a simple way to ask for a price.

Sound familiar?

This is what we hear from real estate agents.

  1. 01

Your website looks like every other agency’s

The franchise template shows the same carousel of listings as the portals, so a vendor comparing agents learns nothing about why they should pick you.

  2. 02

Nobody can tell which suburbs you know best

There’s no page for the areas you actually sell in, so when someone searches for an agent in their suburb, a competitor shows up instead of you.

  3. 03

    Appraisal requests go nowhere

The form asks for too much, lands in a shared inbox and gets a reply days later, by which time the vendor has already booked someone else.

What we’d build

A site that answers the right questions.

This is a typical structure for a business like yours. On Day 1 we shape it around what you actually do.

  1. Home

Who you are, where you sell and a clear way to request an appraisal from the first screen.

  2. Suburb pages

A page for each suburb you work in, with recent sales, what buyers there want and why you know it well.

  3. Our agents

A profile for each agent, with their areas, recent results and a real photo.

  4. Sell with us

How you market a property, what it costs and what happens in each week of a campaign.

  5. Listings

Your current and sold listings, pulled from the feed you already use, so you never type them in twice.

  6. Request an appraisal

A short form that goes straight to the right agent, with a clear note on when they’ll be in touch.

A site like this is our Studio package, up to 12 pages, with room for a page for each of your services. See Outcome Health, a real Studio site, taken apart

Real estate advertising rules

In Australia, agents are licensed and regulated state by state. We show your licence details where your state requires them, keep price guides consistent with the underquoting laws in New South Wales and Victoria, and avoid claims about results that you can’t back up. Your licensee in charge approves the final wording before launch.

Your week comes at a price you know up front.

Questions

What real estate agents usually ask us.

All questions →
Can our listings appear on the site automatically?

Yes. We connect the listings feed from the CRM you already use, such as Rex, VaultRE, Agentbox or Box+Dice, so new listings and sales appear without anyone re-entering them.

We’re part of a franchise. Can we still have our own site?

Usually, yes. Many franchise groups allow an office to run its own site as long as it follows the brand guidelines. We build to those guidelines, and you check with your franchise group before launch.

How do suburb pages help us win listings?

Vendors often search for an agent by suburb. A page for each area you sell in, with real sales and local knowledge, gives Google something to show them and gives the vendor a reason to call you.
