S7UDIO SEVEN is a brand by Journey Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 82 665 544 383) (“we”, “us”). Your agreement is with Journey Ventures Pty Ltd, and that is the name that appears on your receipt and card statement.
These terms summarise how a build works. The package, speed and extras you choose at checkout form part of our agreement.
Scope
Each package covers the number of pages stated, designed and built as described on our pricing page. Online stores, booking engines, member areas and custom applications aren’t included.
Your build week
Every build starts on a Monday. Your week starts on the Monday you book once your online brief, payment and access (logo and domain, or a named contact) are complete, and bookings for a Monday close at the end of the Friday before. Day 7 is the Monday after your start date. A 48-hour build starts on the next business day after you book.
The guarantee
If your site isn’t live on a review link by the end of Day 7, we refund the build fee in full. The clock pauses if we’re waiting on you for more than four business hours during the week. Read the guarantee in full.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions follow Day 7. Each round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope, turned around in two business days. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately before any work begins.
Payment
Payment is due in full when you book, which locks your build week. Prices are fixed as quoted and exclude applicable taxes.
Care
Every site we build is hosted and managed by us under a Care plan, billed monthly from the day your site goes live at the rate set by your package. Care covers hosting, security, support and changes to your existing content. New pages and new features are quoted separately before any work begins. Care has a minimum term of 12 months from go-live and then runs month to month. If you’re not happy with Care in your first 90 days after go-live, you can end it by telling us in writing, and nothing more is payable on the minimum term. When Care ends this way the site comes off our hosting; your domain and the content you gave us stay yours, and the Transfer service below is available if you want to take the site itself.
If a Care payment fails we retry it and email you. If it is still unpaid after 30 days we take the site offline until the account is brought up to date.
Ownership and transfer
Your domain, your brand and the content you give us are always yours. The website itself runs on our hosting while Care is active. If you want to move it elsewhere, our Transfer service is a one-off fee of $3,500 AUD, £1,900 or US$2,500, charged in the currency you bought in. We package the site’s code and content, set it up on your hosting and hand it over, and from then on the site and its code are yours. If you transfer during the 12-month minimum term but after your first 90 days, the remaining Care months are payable with the transfer fee. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the materials you provide and that regulated claims (for example health, legal or financial) are accurate. We’ll flag anything we think needs your review.
Liability
We take care to build and test thoroughly, but we can’t guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or enquiry numbers.
