Every site we build comes with Care. We host it, keep it fast and secure, and make your changes whenever you ask, so you never have to learn a CMS or find a developer.

Send a request and we make the change, usually within two business days. Copy, images and prices are all included. New pages and new features are quoted as extras.

We work with clients worldwide, with cover for anything urgent wherever you are.

We review speed, search health and analytics as the site grows, so it never quietly goes out of date.
What it costs
One monthly fee, set by your package.
Care starts on the day your site goes live, on the card you used for your build. It runs for a 12-month minimum, then month to month.

New pages and new features aren’t part of Care. We quote them first, in writing, before any work starts. If you ever want to move your site elsewhere, the Transfer service is a one-off $3,500.

No, and you won’t need to. We manage every site we build, so when you want something changed you send us a request and we make it, usually within two business days. Changes to your copy, images and prices are part of Care. New pages and new features are quoted as extras.
What happens after my site goes live?
We stay. Your site runs on our hosting under Care, so there’s always someone looking after it: hosting, security, backups and the changes you ask for, usually within two business days. Care is part of every build, billed monthly at the rate set by your package: 12-month minimum, then month to month.
What if I want to move my site somewhere else later?
You can. Your domain and your content are always yours. If you want to take the site itself, our Transfer service is a one-off $3,500 AUD (£1,900 or US$2,500): we package the code and content, set it up on your hosting and hand it over to your developer. Care ends once the transfer is done, and if that’s inside your first 12 months, the rest of the minimum term is settled at the same time.
What happens if I stop paying for Care?
We’ll retry the payment and email you, because cards expire and that’s usually all it is. If it’s still unpaid after 30 days, the site comes offline until it’s sorted. Your domain and your content stay yours the whole time, and you can book the Transfer service whenever you like.
