If your site isn’t live for review by the end of Day 7, the Monday after your build starts (or hour 48 on a fast build), we refund the build in full.

What we promise

By the end of Day 7, your site is built, working and live.

Every build starts on a Monday, and Day 7 is the Monday after. By the end of that day your website is on a review link, and all of this is true:

Every agreed page is designed, built and filled with final-draft copy. No placeholder text.
It works on phones, tablets and desktops, and has been tested in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Your enquiry form works and has been tested end to end to your inbox.
Page titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap and redirects from your old site are in place.
It scores 95 or more on Lighthouse for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO.

If it isn’t, we refund the build in full.

You pay upfront to lock your week, so the guarantee is simple: if we miss the date, you get your money back.

When the clock starts

Your week starts on the Monday we agree, once three things are done.

Your brief is complete
The online brief, answered in your own words. It takes most people about 15 minutes.

Your build is paid
Paying is what locks your week in, so the date is yours and nobody else’s.

We have your logo and domain access
Or the name of whoever can give it to us. That’s the thing that most often holds up a launch.

The one condition

4business hours

The clock pauses if we’re waiting on you for more than four business hours during the week, for example if approving your copy on Day 3 takes a couple of days. We’ll tell you the moment it pauses and the moment it restarts. That’s the only exception.

What it doesn’t cover

Going live on your own domain

The guarantee covers the Day 7 review deadline. Going live on your domain happens after your two revision rounds, and can depend on your domain registrar or IT provider. We’ll do everything on our side within two business days of your final approval.
