You start online, in your own time, and you never have to get on a call. Here’s what we do each day, and the few moments we’ll need you.
The week
This is what happens on each of the seven days.
Your build starts on a Monday and is live for you to review the following Monday. Days marked “You” are the only ones that need you.
Before the week · Brief
A 15-minute online brief that you fill in whenever it suits you.
We read every word, check we have your logo and domain access, and lock in your build week.
YouAbout fifteen minutes, telling us about your business and what you need.
- 01DirectionWe turn your brief into a one-page direction: who the site is for, what it needs to do and what success looks like.
- 02StructureWe plan every page around what your clients search for, and map each old address to its new home.
- 03CopyWe write every page in your voice, from the headlines to the service pages and FAQs, and send it to you.You: About fifteen minutes to read and approve it.
- 04DesignWe design your homepage and page templates around the words you approved, from scratch.
- 05BuildWe build every page, and set up your enquiry forms, analytics, search settings and redirects.
- 06TestWe test on real phones and three browsers, check every page scores 95 or more for speed, and send a test enquiry.
- 07LiveWe send you a link to your working site, with a short video walking you through it.You: Look through it in your own time and send us your first list of changes.
After Day 7
- 01Round one
You send us one list of changes, and we turn it around in two business days.
- 02Round two
We make your final polish changes, again in two business days.
- 03Go live
We point your domain, check every redirect and switch your site live.

Questions
People usually ask these about the process.
All questions →Do I have to speak to anyone?
No. Choose a package, pay online, complete the brief and your week begins. Everything runs through the site and email. We’re reachable if you want us, but nothing in the process needs a meeting.
What if I don’t like it?
You have two rounds of revisions after Day 7, each back to you in two business days. And because you approve the direction and the copy during the week, there are no surprises on Day 7.
What is the guarantee?
Every build starts on a Monday, and Day 7 is the Monday after. If your site isn’t built, working and live on a review link by the end of that day, we refund the build in full. The week starts once your brief is complete, and the clock only pauses if we’re waiting on you for more than four business hours. That’s the only condition.
Do I need to have my copy and photos ready?
No. We write the copy from your brief. For images, send whatever you have; we’ll treat it to match and fill gaps with carefully chosen photography.
