Websites for medical practices · Worldwide
Websites for medical practices.
Patients usually decide on a clinic from their phone, often while they or their child are unwell. We build your website so they can see who you are, whether you bulk bill and when they can be seen, then book in a couple of taps.

Sound familiar?
This is what we hear from medical practices.
- 01
Patients ring to ask what the website should tell them
Whether you bulk bill, whether you’re taking new patients and what a long consult costs are hard to find, so your reception team answers the same questions all day.
- 02
Your doctors are just names on a list
People choose a GP they think they’ll get on with. A name and a qualification don’t give them much to go on, so they pick a clinic at random or stay away.
- 03
Every service is crammed onto one page
Skin checks, women’s health, travel vaccines and chronic disease plans share one list, so none of them shows up when someone nearby searches for them.
What we’d build
A site that answers the right questions.
This is a typical structure for a business like yours. On Day 1 we shape it around what you actually do.
- Home
Where you are, your opening hours, whether you’re taking new patients and a booking button that’s always in reach.
- Services
A page for each service people search for, such as skin checks, women’s health, children’s health and travel medicine, written in plain language.
- Our doctors
A profile for each GP or specialist, with their interests, languages spoken and the days they consult.
- Fees and billing
Who you bulk bill, what private consults cost and what Medicare covers, answered before anyone has to call.
- New patients
What to bring, how to transfer records and what to expect at the first visit.
- Book online
Straight into HotDoc, HealthEngine or the booking system you already use, so the front desk doesn’t change a thing.
A site like this is our Studio package, up to 12 pages, with room for a page for each of your services. See Outcome Health, a real Studio site, taken apart
Advertising rules for medical practitioners
In Australia, medical practices follow AHPRA and the Medical Board’s advertising guidelines, which restrict testimonials about clinical care and claims about outcomes. We write within those rules by default, keep fee and Medicare information accurate and dated, and flag anything that needs a doctor’s sign-off. UK and US practices have their own regulators’ guidance, and we follow it the same way.

Questions
What medical practices usually ask us.
All questions →Can you connect our online booking system?
Yes. We link to or embed the system you already use, such as HotDoc, HealthEngine or your practice software’s booking page, so patients book straight into your appointment book.
Can we have patient reviews on the site?
Not reviews about clinical care, because AHPRA’s guidelines don’t allow testimonials about treatment. We can show things the rules allow, such as your accreditation, your doctors’ qualifications and clear information about what patients can expect.
How quickly can you update our fees or opening hours?
Send us the change and we make it, usually within two business days. It’s part of Care, so nobody at the practice has to learn a CMS, and urgent notices such as closures can go up the same day.
